Shipping Costs within New Zealand

There are two shipping choices which will appear at checkout: $7.00 for all New Zealand,  and $3.50 for up to three smaller items like lids and smaller bottle covers – NO lunchware or bottles.  We will ask for additional postage if this option is used for items that are larger.  Also note that the $3.50 shipping option is often slower.

Please note that as we try to keep our product prices low, we are unable to offer free NZ shipping even for larger orders.

Additionally we are not liable for items that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier company, but which may not have been received due to theft or other mishap after delivery (ie, package rolled under a deck).

Shipping Costs Internationally

We are usually happy to ship outside of New Zealand, but please do contact us before placing an order.  There are some products that we do not ship internationally (like glass products) and some brands may be cheaper shipping from elsewhere (ie. USA to Europe instead of NZ to Europe).  Also, the New Zealand shipping charge at checkout is generally not adequate for covering overseas postage so we may have to ask you for an additional shipping charge.

We will provide two shipping quotes for an international order – tracked or courier AND untracked.  We do this to offer the buyer a reasonable choice since an untracked option for an international order can often be significantly less than a tracked or courier shipping option.

BUT please note that if an untracked option is chosen (which will still be through a reliable postal service), it will be at Buyer’s Risk and no claims for a refund may be made if your order/package does not arrive.

Delivery Times approx:

Orders are usually SHIPPED (leave us) within two business days of payment clearing (payment clears immediately for credit cards) and will reach you AFTER your order ships as follows:

Auckland – usually next working day or within 2 business days

North Island – within 1 to 2 working days
South Island – 3-4 working days (Overnights to the South Island may take an extra day)
Rural delivery allow an extra 1 – 2 days

Please note that  THURSDAY orders may not go out until the following Tuesday due to the weekend.

And the $3.50 shipping option for smaller items is often slower and should not be used for business or multiple unit addresses.

For URGENT ORDERS or orders required by a specific date for birthdays, travel, etc, please email us or include a message with your order as we should be able to do an overnight courier if required. We do answer emails regularly throughout the day.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends.

All New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post. If you require your order to be sent by courier or with a signature required, please let us know. There may be an additional shipping charge in this case.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Debit Cards, PayPal or Direct Deposit into our account.

Once you have chosen your payment method at checkout, the corresponding payment process will be provided.

PayPal Credit Card Processing

For secure payment via credit card, our website uses PayPal. Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use this. Just choose the “Don’t have a PayPal Account? – Continue” link.

Problems while Ordering

If you experience problems while ordering, please contact us via email and feel free to leave your phone number with us. We answer regularly throughout the day and we can arrange to process a phone order for you if necessary.

Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase due to a product fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We can issue a refund for the product cost or an exchange if the product is new, unused and in the original packaging. We do not credit or refund shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns of used products (unless there is a manufacturing defect and we have agreed via email to accept a product return). Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear from general usage are not considered faulty and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a product damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.

Most of our products do have 6 month to 1 year warranties so if a genuine product fault occurs after the 7 day period (i.e. an insulated bottle not insulating or a leak-proof lid leaking) let us know via email and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
