Payment Options

We currently offer two payment gateways – PayPal and Stripe – which enable us to accept payment via PayPal account, debit card or major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We also accept Direct Deposit into our account.

For PayPal Credit Card Processing, you do NOT have to have a PayPal account. Just choose the “Don’t have a PayPal Account? – Continue” or similar link.

Problems while ordering:  If you experience any issues while ordering or with payment, please contact us via email. We answer regularly throughout the day and we can process a manual order if necessary.

Shipping Costs within New Zealand

We have two shipping choices at checkout:

$7.00 for all New Zealand covering all addresses from North to South Islands including rural.
$3.50 to non-rural addresses only. For up to three smaller items like lids or bottle covers. Very small food containers and 350ml bottles, if single items, may also go through on this option. – NO regular lunchware or bottles above 350ml please. This shipping option can be slower.

We may ask for additional postage if the $3.50 option is used for large items / orders.

Free Shipping Requests: As we try to keep product prices low, we are unable to offer free shipping even for larger orders.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship outside New Zealand, but please contact us before placing an order as our set shipping charges cover New Zealand only.

Also, there are some products that we do not ship internationally (like glass) and brands that we feel may be cheaper shipping from elsewhere (ie. USA to Europe instead of NZ to Europe).

We usually ship via an untracked service through NZ Post / your country’s regular mail system.  Tracked / courier options for an international order are often significantly higher (ie. $50+ higher) and may be not be cost effective. However, we can provide courier and tracked service quotes where requested.

Please note that untracked orders are sent at Buyer’s Risk and no claims for a refund may be made if your order does not arrive. This service has been reliable to-date.

Delivery within New Zealand

Approximate Delivery Times

Orders are usually SHIPPED (leave us) within two business days of payment clearing (payment clears immediately for credit cards) and will reach you AFTER your order ships as follows:

Auckland – usually next working day or within 2 business days

North Island – within 1 to 2 working days
South Island – 3-4 working days (Overnights to the South Island may take an extra day)
Rural delivery allow an extra 1 – 2 days

Note that THURSDAY and FRIDAY orders may not go out until the following Tuesday.

For URGENT ORDERS including orders required by a specific date for special occasions, birthdays, travel, and so forth, please email us or include a message with your order as we should be able to do an overnight courier if required. And we do answer emails regularly throughout the day.

We may even be able to offer a once-off pick up option for Auckland orders required on the same day. Just message us and we’ll see what we can do.

No Delivery on weekends 

However, occasionally if a courier is running behind, an order can be delivered on the weekend. If your order is going to an address that is only open Mon to Fri, you may want to include a Courier Note in the message area.

Couriers:  Most New Zealand orders are shipped via Courier Post, Fastway Couriers or NZ Post depending on the address and order size. Orders addressed to a PO Box or Post Shop are shipped via NZ Post.

Liability for Delivered Items: We are not liable for items that have been confirmed as delivered by a courier company, but which may not have been received due to theft or other mishap after delivery (ie, package rolled under a deck).

Shipping for Refunds and Returns:  We do not credit or refund shipping charges on returned purchases.  Only product refunds may be given.

Returns relating to exchanges or change of mind may be returned to us at Buyer’s expense if they have received prior approval.

If there is a verified product fault, we will arrange for a pick up by courier if the manufacturer requires the faulty product.

We do not accept returns of used products (except if there is a manufacturing fault).  All returns must first be cleared by us via email before sending.
