The journey began by two friends driven by a passion for change. Recognising that around 8.3 billion plastic straws enter our oceans yearly, they decided to do their part to stem the tide causing mayhem for marine eco-systems.  Turning to glass as an elegant, yet sustainable alternative material, they went all out for quality, durability and usability.
